Other Dynamics 365 Sales plan or Salesforce Sales Cloud users can get Copilot for Sales for $50 per user per month (which includes Copilot for Microsoft 365) or $20 per user per month if they already have Copilot for Microsoft 365.

- COPILOT FOR WINDOWS
Copilot, or what used to be called Bing Chat Enterprise, is a version of Bing’s AI chat functionalities tailored for business use. It integrates Bing’s search capabilities and chat functionalities into business environments and leverages OpenAI’s GPT-4 model. Users licensed for the more robust Microsoft 365 plans, such as Business Standard, Business Premium, E3, and E5 get Copilot at no additional cost. Microsoft also plans to offer it for $5 per user per month at some point in the future.
Copilot in Windows, essentially an AI-assisted feature integrated into the OS, aims to make your interaction with Windows more intuitive and efficient, replacing traditional functions like Cortana. The key difference between Copilot in Windows and Copilot is that Copilot is more search and data-oriented, while Copilot in Windows enhances the user experience of the operating system for individual users. There’s no additional cost for Copilot in Windows, however it is still in preview. Microsoft is rolling it out gradually in select global markets. To access Copilot in Windows a user needs to be in a market it is available in, and their device needs to be on the right Windows 10 or Windows 11 release in addition to meeting device requirements.

As of November 2023, the capabilities and features of Power Virtual Agents are now part of Copilot Studio. The cost is $200 per month for 25,000 messages. Microsoft is offering a 30-day trial of it right now which can be extended for another 30 days.
